This is done across the board. It greatly simplifies the problem of controlling humanity. If the leadership can be controlled, the citizenry is helpless, because after all, it is the government they have chosen and must live with it. Yes, there are opportunities to change administrations, elect officials that may have different viewpoints, and make attempts to extricate society from self-created problems by leaders who prove to be inadequate to the task or faulty in their reasoning and promote bad ideas. But it is more likely the case that the bad ideas will reign even for more than one generation before being exposed ultimately as a false notion based on false information or misinterpreted data. Whatever the cause, the fallacies and myths persist that are created through mind control manipulation, and this is why it often takes a die-off, so to speak, of a generation’s leaders in order to allow a breath of fresh air and new perspectives to rise to prominence. The mind control manipulation has done its damage. People are not simply persuaded in the moment to vote a certain way, or to support a certain principle, or have a particular opinion only to see this flip-flop once the grip is lessened and the Extraterrestrial Alliance moves on.
When people are programmed, the programming remains and this new belief that is faulty will persist and will be mightily defended in the face of new data, even overwhelming scientific evidence to the contrary. They will go down with the ship believing all the way in the faulty ideas they have held for years, courtesy of the Extraterrestrial Alliance. This is why change is so hard and so slow, and why things become so deeply entrenched even when evidence mounts they are faulty. Those who believe the opposite simply cannot hold the opposite view in their mind. It is not allowed, and no amount of evidence will make a dent. This is another hallmark of mind control manipulation.
