This is a type of energy psychology healing very akin to the HMR process. It has some advantage for particular clients in providing a somewhat more dramatic and feeling-based healing maneuver than simply applying color imagery, which the subconscious mind understands and appreciates, but the upper levels of the client's mind will not necessarily resonate with strongly, even though going along with the decision of their own subconscious to come up with a healing color, for example. So something that taps into feelings along the way of a positive nature makes the experience more enjoyable and impressive seeming, because it leaves more of a positive frame of mind than simply removing negativity and returning the person to a kind of neutral state of being. The end result is highly similar. So it is more a question of practitioner preference rather than value to the client in how one goes about the healing work.
As such, Compassion Key can be advantageous doing one-on-one work in the presence of the conscious mind, because the client will be involved in following along and taking part directly, in bringing about an improvement in their feeling state, and that will seem quite miraculous to many. And so it creates more satisfied clients. But keep in mind, one is doing more surface level healing working at the level of the upper subconscious. The deep subconscious will have a similar experience when more positive feelings result, but that will not add significantly to the healing in and of itself, and will not be appreciated by the conscious mind. But the impression on a recording might well be significant and impress the client as a convincer about the power of the work in seeing part of their mind seemingly transformed into the person they would like to be, but perhaps feel is unlikely to happen. If they see at least a part of the mind opening up like a flower to higher possibilities, it will provide some encouragement. So for recording sessions, this as well could be an important adjunct to include in the process being utilized for trauma work.
