The insertion of hydrogen through artificial means will outdo natural sources in this respect because there is the potential of achieving very high levels. This is beneficial and an excess will not be toxic either. It may or may not all be reacted with and therefore play a useful role, but it is better to have too much of a good thing in this case than not enough. So this is an example of where human ingenuity can outdo mother nature in providing a useful health resource. The spring water will approach but not best artificially suffused water in most cases, other than devices overstating their capability, but with a good source of technology for the purpose, water can be made at home to have this property, and because it can be controlled to produce the final product right before ingestion, there is no loss through transport and storage. So a natural spring is the next best thing, but human ingenuity and technology can make a superior product in this regard.
