He continues: “This prayer had a profound effect on me. I suffer from skin problems like adult acne and ever since I started to use this prayer it has been better than ever before. However I was still a bit skeptical whether this might only be something unique to my experience and I wasn’t sure if this prayer could be applied equally successfully to other people as well. So I began using it on two “guinea pigs,” namely my mother and sister, without telling them about it at first. Both have been suffering from severe migraines their whole lives and my sister also suffers a lot from menstrual problems. I observed their progress over the following weeks from a distance and kept probing them to give me a status update on the severity of their symptoms and as it turned out they benefited a lot from this, too. For example, recently my mother and father went on a vacation to the Alps in Italy and my mother always gets a severe migraine, usually upon arrival in the mountains due to the extreme change in climate and better quality of air and so on. During this vacation she went without having a single migraine and there were only a couple of times when she had a mild headache. She was quite astonished by this and told me that this has never happened before in her entire lifetime and they’ve been going on vacation in the Alps for several decades!” What can we tell him?

This, indeed, is prayer power in action, and just the ticket for such situations where there is long-standing suffering that is not improving, and in the state of ignorance of most people, likely will not, because they are not getting the message and taking any action to help themselves. So, the karmic consequence they suffer will serve that purpose of providing a life restriction or diminution of happiness, and that is what is designed to happen, for there to be some loss to compensate harm visiting them previously, either self-inflicted or to impair others. Both will require a rebalancing. But in order to get out from under this overhang, divine intervention may well be needed. The other complicating issue is that the consequences of a karmic illness may outlive their usefulness in the sense they can persist as cellular memory to be reawakened and re-experienced again and again and again, far beyond what the law of karma would demand, and this is a kind of compounding of difficulty that is not truly necessary. This is why prayers can work and eventually even clear cellular memory residues of long-standing symptoms, and that is the case here, that even after decades of re-experiencing the appearance of severe migraines associated with the altitude change of this woman's travels, we were able to engineer a dramatic reduction so only the merest remnant of the karmic negativity became apparent.
