As stated, it is unnecessarily limiting the possibilities. As the extra sessions generated can be directed to all, why limit it to the extraterrestrial influencers? They will be included as a matter of course. So, as a useful expression of this intention, it could simply be included to have the extraterrestrial leadership given special emphasis, and that would add some additional intention from the human side but not limit the applicability of the large number of additional sessions created to only those targets.
