Substances with these kinds of chemical actions are best used somewhat sparingly. In a sense, one is making up for lost time by giving an antidote for a poison that has already been taken in the body and that will not be known for certain in advance. But, by the same token, one will not know how many administrations would be truly optimal for individual circumstances nor when it might be needed again because there has been an inadvertent ingestion of new toxins. But given those uncertainties, the answer is not taking something like this routinely for an indefinite period because there might be harmful consequences in certain circumstances. There is rarely an exquisite specificity of substances like this and there may well be depletion of essential substances and ions needed for health maintenance. That can usually be tolerated and the lesser of evils when one is removing toxins, but it would be unwise to keep that regimen going because it might result in a risk to health through excessive removal of useful bodily constituents that cannot be tested for in some cases, so there would need to be worked out a plan of recommended implementation. We think the place to start would be to see what the manufacturer recommends for routine use and ask us to probe its utility, safety, and effectiveness and go from there.
