DWQA QuestionsCategory: Healing ModalitiesHe asks about what would be a good broad-spectrum vitamin and mineral supplement: “Would Food-Grown® Daily Multi Nutrient, Centrum Advance, Multi Guard, or similar, be safe and beneficial for men and women over 50?” What can we tell him?

This would be both safe and effective in providing a good mix and array of basic nutritional needs. We can augment the diet for those who use our Recommended Daily Prayers, but it is best to leave nothing to chance when there is a simple measure available to take action on your own, just as in the same way it would not be advisable to stop eating and simply ask us to keep you alive. What you do on your end is quite important. It not only is your obligation to do all you can for your own welfare, but your actions taken, even if they fall short, provide needed intention for us to supplement what you are doing. We cannot do anything in a vacuum. So your act of wanting to supplement your nutrition, in taking such a product, creates a useful intention for your betterment we can use as further fuel to augment things ourselves on your behalf you may be unaware of.
