What you are outlining here is a perfect task for the Lightworker Healing Protocol; that is the perfect instrument to right the wrongs of others, whether manipulated by the darkness directly to do the deed in causing harm or driven by deep karmic undercurrents causing a perpetrator to become a perpetrator yet again in a new incarnation. When people are targeted, that is accomplished to a great extent by corrupting the people around them, including family members, because they will have proximity to the intended victim and are in a position to cause unhappiness and harm. This is quite diabolical but routine. When this is left to the divine realm, it cannot be traced back to you—that is a tremendous advantage of the Protocol in addition to all the leveraging it contains to bring great forces to bear you could not achieve on your own, through your own energy alone. In addition, any conscious intentions you send his way will be felt and quite likely acted upon with retribution of some kind. That is part of the monitoring and manipulation the interlopers engage in to create a difficult and negative environment for targeted individuals.
