DWQA QuestionsCategory: MetaphysicsIs all of existence a holographic projection of your mind, the mind of God?

In a simplistic sense this is true, but only in a metaphorical sense. There are many forces that have a mind of their own, so to speak, and so this was the purpose for their creation, for we ourselves to see what would happen and to enjoy the unexpected and the complex interactions of the various energies that have been manifested. So we are learning as we go, as is true of humans, as well. Our intelligence is much more vast and has much greater ability to hold, within thought, tremendous intricacy and an awareness of uncountable potentials. This gives us the advantage as a creator to know what will be coming. If we choose to manifest something, the uncertainties are much less for us than would be true for a human-level creator, but this is only because you are still behind the veil, so to speak. In full light-being mode, you hold your own quite well as creators. So, the metaphor of the universe being only the mind of God is a diminishment and an underrepresentation of what this metaphor actually represents. As a creation from the divine Creator, the universe can be considered an extension of Creator’s mind, to be sure, but it is much more than an idea. It is the manifestation and expression of an idea with a vast energy associated within the manifestation. That is what separates the manifested thought from the thought. There is a quantum leap, so to speak, in the energetic consequences of the manifestation compared to an idea alone. And this you can fully understand as humans, that your thinking of a crime in your mind is far from the same thing as robbing a bank and shooting a bank guard in order to escape. So it is no different in terms of what you see as the visible universe and the multi-verse of the various dimensions that are extensions and manifestation of our mind. It is quite real on all levels. It is playing “for keeps”, as you would say. For the consequences of the energies impinging on one another are quite real. The sparks are flying and the energies are profound and the consequences can be at once devastating and awesome in their capabilities to end or create new beginnings. So, we hope this gives you a better perspective of the meaning of the metaphor. It is apt in terms of viewing the role of Creator in the genesis of the universe, but minimizes the profound consequences.
