This is a beautiful insight, and it is a logical progression from the initial objective of resolving past trauma, to help make up for lost time because he has not learned speech because of his impairment, but very much wants to be a part of things and to communicate. There is much complex thinking going on that can interfere with carrying out a simple sequence of events to make something in particular happen. That will continue to improve because of the groundwork laid with the trauma resolution and with the Protocol requests for deep healing. But to begin giving him coaching and instruction can accelerate things greatly and is a fine idea, given that he has not been able to learn in this way, except learning very simple things that were told him over and over and over again. He lacks an understanding of language, for the most part, other than some phrases. He is able to better focus now, so he is more capable of absorbing instruction.
The gap is now as much one of not expecting such an outreach to be fruitful as his inability to recognize and respond in a meaningful way. It is time to start from the beginning and give encouragement with words, to help him understand the connection between the sound and the object. So even though he is an older child, he is more like an infant with respect to what he has absorbed and understood. Anything communicated to him to encourage is a fine idea because it will get through to him by virtue of going through Creator’s translator, so you are bypassing the deficiency to enable a full understanding of the message. That is a tremendous blessing that has no other parallel in human experience and is a perfect vehicle to help such individuals once they reach a point where they are capable of learning through traditional approaches.
He is at the point where he can be worked with, using patience and a loving touch, to make it fun and make it interesting, with the absence of pressure, too lofty an expectation, and with patience to let this happen at his pace. And if done with a smile and genuine interest in him, this will be the perfect energy to encourage cooperation. Keep in mind this is not easy for him. It is extremely difficult at the moment to control his vocal apparatus and coordinate it with his thoughts to bring about the physical act of making an intelligible sound. This he will have to learn from scratch for himself, as no one can fully understand what he must cope with in having to figure out all of the interconnections, and bring things into alignment. But this can come with patience and practice.
