Does prayer intention get used up by the divine, through acting to implement the prayer request fully?

In actuality, the intention created in the act of prayer remains as a permanent repository of intention; it is a characteristic of consciousness to expand and generate an ever-increasing body of energy through its utilization. It is always at the behest of a soul-level control of some kind or another, whether an individual or collective soul, this is why living things are tied to the divine, indirectly at least, always, and never an independent entity.
