DWQA QuestionsCategory: Healing ModalitiesDoes green tea have significant antiviral activity? If so, how would it rank in effectiveness compared to pomegranate juice? Would it add important additional coverage if added as well to our Antiviral Regimen?

Green tea has useful antiviral properties. The problem again is administration in a concentrated enough form to get a health benefit. The way you ingest tea, you are getting some antiviral benefits by drinking two glasses a day. So this is something that, as you have seen intuitively already, could be recommended as a beneficial practice.
