Does Creator almost always delegate the actual energy work to subordinates when we make healing requests?

This is approximately half and half. We do many, many things directly, hands-on, so to speak. We do delegate many things as well. This is in keeping with the divine role many beings play through assisting the light, and is perfectly in keeping with the intentions of requests for help that the divine realm handle what is needed. Many, many healers are present in the light and are quite experienced, and highly skilled, and capable of doing most routine work. We do things ourselves when there is a strong personal desire for this to be so. If unstated in request to us, we have more latitude then, in how we respond. We do not mind these extra burdens, but we see the value in all having a role and a place in the advancement of humanity. So it helps the would-be healers to be called on and tasked with useful projects. It is definitely a win-win-win, and is done only when there is certainty about the outcome being in favor of the requester.
