Does any of the subconscious programming done by Extraterrestrials, or other manipulations constitute high-level psychic attacks?

The nature of the problems caused by extraterrestrials resemble high-level psychic attacks, but are of a different sort. They are strictly energetic and psychological, so they are not an indirect application of an external energy from human negative consciousness, but are a fine-tuned rearrangement of energy within the quantum field done via consciousness or the imposition of a manipulation designed to alter the beliefs and expectations of their target on a deep subconscious level. And this may stir up prior karmic episodes and contribute to emotional turmoil, or simply to shaping the person to accept a certain political stance or other agenda as being warranted and appropriate. Even though it may be self-defeating or harmful to someone, they come to believe in the action as a just cause and may, in addition, be shaped through manipulation to be complacent in the face of the ensuing events and not see even a cause-and-effect relationship, and never guilt on their part. It is a suspension of responsibility they seek to instill. This is what makes people manipulatable over a long period of time. They will simply not second-guess their crazy notions and their illogical and often harmful actions against one another. It all seems somehow appropriate and sensible, so there is no second-guessing or regret.
