Do my psychic impressions somehow override and change the words from the subconscious of the client to conform?

You are seeing in advance and then hearing it immediately thereafter is not your doing. It is your seeing it once and then hearing it in succession, so one is a predecessor of the other. You are witnessing clairvoyantly the idea forming within the client's mind and then you are hearing the information being imparted by a channeling verbally to answer your question in that fashion. You are not changing the answer to fit your visual impressions, you are simply enjoying a double dose and in effect a confirmation of your intuitive reach to hear the client describe verbally what just took place in their thoughts you saw visually.
