Do cordings to the body from the akashic records and from the varied levels of the mind always deposit thought forms to deliver their karmic message as a kind of psychic attack?

This is indeed the case, and that is an important further defining of the mechanism of karmic trauma and how it circles back to those involved with a message and then a consequence of the message experienced locally. That can become quite intense, demanding a reconciliation, and that is the purpose, to deliver a wake-up call, a reminder, an incentive to attend to restoring balance to what was put asunder through prior events, whether caused by the person or experienced by the person at the hands of others. So this will always be the case with regard to all of the potential partners sending and receiving cordings. A cording coming from the akashic records to the experiencer of a past trauma will lodge a new thought form in the person's body, and this will, in turn, send a cording on to the perpetrator to notify them, in effect, something is up, there is negativity with their name on it needing attention. That might be answered back, by the perpetrator reconnecting with their own cord to their former victim and delivering another thought form. So cords and the resulting thought forms are very much interdependent and needing attention to complete healing thoroughly.
