Do Anunnaki live indefinitely, or for a million years? What is their lifespan?

If Anunnaki are in pristine condition they can live for 1 million years. This is a quite realistic timeframe, and this is owing to the fact they are able to regenerate their physical bodies to an extreme degree. This renewal capability prevents aging and any other form of degradation through time, including exposure to environmental insults and injuries of all kinds. This includes physical injuries to the body as well, as they can indeed regenerate limbs, regenerate organs, and do all manner of rejuvenation to keep things humming nicely. This has a downside however, in that is there is no return to the light for such long periods that they have no anchor to guide them, as the interaction with Creator is such a distant experience and fades from memory and inner awareness. This is a great liability for them because if they are preyed on by dark spirits there is no rescue possible. For humans with their relatively short life spans, there are frequent returns to the light in comparison, and this is a time of rest and recuperation and reconnection which is all-important to give a fresh perspective to the soul and to have the reintegration of the portion that was incarnate. This happens so infrequently for the Anunnaki it is a major liability with regard to retooling and rejuvenation for the soul itself. That does not take place when the body is out in the physical realm. It incarnates with the current soul potential but will not grow from there. So there begins, in a sense, a kind of downward spiral as they are cut off from the soul and cut off from Creator as well, and preyed upon by the dark spirits and this causes them difficulty as well, and they lack the means to maintain control of things because they have no divine assistance available to them to accomplish this. They cannot call on Archangel Michael or Creator because they are not connected and are not thinking along those lines, nor do they even perceive the need. So this is a tremendous liability for them and explains why they have many limitations even though their technology is so highly advanced. The technology is of limited use to a soulless being as no real good can come from it. This is the state of affairs in which they live in their disconnection, and is also why they are reaching a level that is becoming similar to that of the spirit meddlers in their reduced capability to function without the spiritual element rewarding and nourishing them. Their link to the Creator Consciousness is, in fact, dimming.
