Did a “pole shift” as has been described, account for the destruction and disappearance of Lemuria and/or Atlantis?

This was not due to a pole shift, but the extraterrestrial war that took place at that time between the Reptilian and Arcturian races who wanted to gain a foothold on the Earth which was owned by the Anunnaki civilization of intruders, at least in their way of thinking, but as a compromise with these newly arriving extraterrestrial beings, formed an Extraterrestrial Alliance to, in effect, share the spoils and the burden of riding herd on humanity and carrying out various exploits of the planet and its people. The rest, as they say, is history and this has been very, very uneven with respect to human progress and happiness. You have gained some technological trinkets along the way that have come from the extraterrestrials and their knowledge, but this is not without cost. It has enabled you to gain many efficiencies with regard to productivity and modern conveniences along with advanced communication capabilities, but all of those technologies are unhealthy and corrupting because of their electromagnetic emanations, and they further constrain human thought and creativity because all of the electronic devices people become addicted to are programming their deep subconscious minds 24 hours a day and limiting the capacity to act independently. This complacency is a major factor in why the world is so troubled but nothing seems to change, nothing seems to happen for the better. The answer lies not in more technology but less, and freedom from the interlopers who have been imposing their own perspectives on you all through human history and for which you are the losers.
