The consequences are not yet at the point where there is a significant compromise in energy overall. This starts with the disconnect from divine awareness that is followed by a lack of depth and discernment and the workings of love in everything that transpires. The energy keeps flowing because that is gifted from the divine. It is the last thing to go. So for the time being, the Anunnaki can be effective in terms of functioning but they are nearing the point of being fully disconnected and this would be perilous if it reaches that point. Their life spans are not greatly diminished but they are on that track, so this will be a long-term problem, if there is a long-term, but is not yet of acute concern.
Your questions are focused on the issue of energy and that is largely beside the point. What they are missing is a focus on love. They have energy but they are using the energy for nonproductive activities of all kinds. That is a kind of dissipation but one that is of a spiritual nature. They are productive physically with their tasks and their various plans, but they are not the plans to enlighten or uplift in any respect, so there is no spiritual growth and there are no rewards from these activities beyond the material gain and material stability of having comfort and shelter and things to keep them busy, and so on. They are not activities that are truly rewarding and inspiring. This is the element that is missing and the only thing truly worth living for.
