Capable psychic mediums are sometimes unable to receive impressions from a being in the light, for uncertain reasons. Is that often due to the person’s spirit being still earthbound and unavailable to communicate, thus providing an important clue about the problem of failed transition back to the light? What is Creator’s perspective?

This can and does happen, that spirits are unavailable to a medium because they are not in the higher realm where the psychic is looking, but in the lower astral plane where the psychic is not directing their intuitive reach out of habit, skipping over those lower levels of vibration, and looking for them in heaven. It is not the only reason there might be a decline to connect with someone in the living. There might be an agenda that is inappropriate and would not allow a productive interchange, and that is a question of the rules of engagement you will be exploring as well. As we explained, the problem of lost soul human spirits not being able to return to the light is a major one affecting humanity as a whole, and many individually who have loved ones who are lost or may have experienced such dark times themselves personally following a prior incarnation, and for an extended period were trapped but subsequently rescued, and then reincarnated to continue their journey of learning and growth. The size of the problem is also unappreciated because the soul can answer on a person's behalf. Even if the soul extension present during an incarnation is sequestered in limbo and unavailable to a medium, the higher self can step in and address issues the family is concerned about. So, technically, this is not a lie, it is the reality their consciousness still exists and they will one day return to the light, but it is also the case that if not asked about directly, the information cannot be divulged because that would be leading and no one in the divine realm is allowed to lead humans with new information they are unaware of and would, to them, constitute a new paradigm. Only when humans have an inkling such might be the case, and ask about it directly with pointed and probing questions, can beings in the light provide further details and give a true status and description of ongoing activities.
