We can tell you that there are typically enough repeated periods of time for there to have been at least a doubling of that time span. In other words, for each year you live, you end up living twice in segments of varying length. So you can see from this description there is a quite significant impact from all of this time travel tinkering with humanity in adding to karmic burden. It is quite disruptive and the aliens see that as a benefit for them when, in actuality, it is adding to their karmic burden as a perpetrator every bit as much as weighing down humanity with more things needing healing.
