Can you explain what is known as “microchips” and/or “smart dust” and how it is used with other technologies as a tool to perform mind control on the masses? How does this differ from mind control that is used on targeted individuals and/or those who are considered MAP or in other words, SSP abductees?

There are multiple levels of mind manipulation to which humans are subjected. There are the general programs designed for the masses, and there are the targeted programs designed for high-level targets of critical importance for the Extraterrestrial Alliance, to keep people under control, who may be a risk because of their having secret knowledge, for example. The nanotechnologies that are represented by the micro-chips and the so-called smart dust are extensions of extraterrestrial technology. There are implanted micro-chips created by the extraterrestrials, by the Anunnaki and the Reptilians, in particular. There is smart dust created by the Military Industrial Complex for many types of applications—for surveillance, monitoring and coordination of weapons systems, and other military operations done for surveillance, for containment, or to help warn of movements of an enemy force, or the populations involved when there are also military operations needing to happen. The incursion of smart dust throughout society is simply importing a bad idea and making it worse, by having the humans contributing to the problem. People do not like the idea of being spied on, and to create trillions of spies and put them everywhere on the planet is the height of folly for beings who like to have their own sovereignty, the control of their thoughts, and the choices to think and act freely in all that they do. This slippery slope is putting invisible sensors monitoring potentially everything in the human make-up, and to communicate with them and give them programming as well. This is less done by the human-level technology, but it is the full purpose, and very effective on the part of the extraterrestrial micro-chip technology. It is dispensed universally, as we were saying before, and this is the technology through which the mind subjugation and suppression reaches the masses. It is unavoidable, it is ubiquitous, and it is relentless. It is in infant formula. Your babies are being programmed as mom watches TV and feeding the infant and, lying in its bassinet, it will pick up the programming. This is all going on right under your noses and explains much about how people have radical opinions, become almost violently emotional about their political leanings, and may, in fact, be violent participants in demonstrations and so on. These are all orchestrated and ginned up through mind control. It is not the phenomenon of the Internet alone that motivates people to show up on a street corner and demonstrate. It is done via programming as well, to create the keen incentive, and the feeling of great importance to be a part of whatever the cause might be in the moment. This is all manipulated to happen, it is not that the causes do not have some merit. But this is a playing of all involved against one another to ramp-up passions, to harden thinking, and to resist compromise. This is a prescription for conflict, and unrest, and a fragile society that can descend into chaos quite readily, if the boundaries are overstepped, in some way, and people are primed to take strong physical action to resist, in taking offense at an intrusion on territory, or a maligning of a cherished notion, or figure they revere. This is a very dangerous time and circumstance in which all are being minded and manipulated in this way. Those who are heavily targeted, with a particular interest, to keep them suppressed with respect to their memory for example—if they have been a part of an extraterrestrial enterprise, and the need is to keep them silenced by wiping their memories and keeping it suppressed going forward—that individual will be minded by an extraterrestrial psychic going directly into their subconscious for discussions, for testing, and probing, and continued programming to further induce a tight control over what it is possible to think about, as well as express, and actions that are still kept off-limits can be reinforced in this way. So there will be a more heavy intervention. This is how political leaders do what they do. They get their instructions from the Extraterrestrial Alliance via extraterrestrial psychics talking with the subconscious. This is what psychics do, who channel. They are receiving information into their subconscious from another source of consciousness. Most of the time, channelers are hearing the words of an extraterrestrial psychic beamed into their subconscious mind and then it floats up from within much as their own thought, but it is not their words, and it is not their ideas and notions. The channelers are real in doing what they do, with respect to the phenomenology, connecting via non-local consciousness with another conscious entity. The problem is knowing who one is talking to, and being able to trust the validity and utility of the information. So these are the two broad differentiations. The broad programming is multi-faceted, it is cleverly designed to ramp up passions from all perspectives. So, regardless of one's leanings, religious, political, generational, gender or racial in composition, there will be a message for each flavor that will have appeal and will create doubt, fear, suspicion of the opposite, and this will be highly effective in getting everyone workedup and everyone in a mood to look for trouble and to take some action. Whether it is complacency, which is a form of non-action, but is a choice and an activity, or it is violent protest, will depend on what is intended, and also who responds to which flavor in the message has the greatest appeal. This is very much like putting heat under a pot on the stove. The various ingredients in the stew all come from different places, they all look different, they have a different purpose to exist, they have special, unique characteristics and qualities in many respects, but when all are heated up, all become vibrationally in a greater form of motion energetically. This is analogous to the broad programming, it is impossible to escape, at this point, and it is getting worse with the newer generation of Internet technology that will truly blanket the globe, where there will be no place on the physical planet one can go and not have energy beaming into them. And if one has microchips within their body, they will hear the programming on a subconscious level. This is what makes it so sinister. It is a level of the mind you do not connect to consciously, and therefore you are putty in their hands, where your beliefs are stored, where your emotions originate, where your deep memory is monitored and reacted to on an ongoing basis, but all are one level removed from awareness. They can march in, and via this incursion, manipulate you on a fundamental level with your thoughts, feelings and beliefs, to cultivate new ways of thinking, suppress others, and then you are, in effect, their puppet. This is a game for them and they enjoy the sport, getting controversies going and watching us run around in circles with make-work projects that are ineffective, and a kind of silliness in the end, and often in hindsight, somewhat of an embarrassment that we were so naive and chose these things, and so on. And people will recoil from their own history at times. This is a hallmark of manipulation. Whenever there is excess, whenever there is turmoil, whenever there is strife, a radical notion, a good idea with a lofty reason that is done in a radical fashion it is very likely to have been incentivized by the Extraterrestrial Alliance, because it gets people at each other's throats. This is what they strive to do. The answer is healing. You can heal and have the effects of these technologies removed from your being, have the programming removed from your thinking, have beliefs changed for the better and to have the micro-chips rendered ineffective. This can be done through prayer work, but you need to know to ask for this. So, it is the mission of all in the current enterprise, being supported here in this exchange, to help the world learn these basic facts, and so they will be empowered to take action to defend themselves and help one another.
