Can we overcome the need to do repeated Lightworker Healing Protocol sessions in order to have a repeat outreach for spirit still struggling? To do this, can we simply request the current session be repeated for them at intervals until no longer needed?

You can indeed request that the Protocol include repeated application as many times as may be needed to fully rescue all spirits remaining earthbound, and this can be part of the Protocol for Clearing People as well as the Protocol for Spirit Rescue. This is simply in keeping with the divine status of humans. It does not serve them or the light to have them engaged with busy work. The divine realm knows full well what is needed and only needs a human request to implement. But the human request can be clever and comprehensive in how it seeks help from the light. That is the whole purpose of the Lightworker Healing Protocol—to provide the insight, awareness, wisdom, and ingenuity of human in partnership with the Divine to have the divine realm fully engaged and using their best tools. So it is perfectly appropriate to take into account the 95% success rate for Spirit Rescue and the need for repeated rounds of healing in those 5% of difficult subjects to move them along that can simply be worded appropriately within the Protocol. And this will serve quite nicely to ensure that a single Protocol application will do the job because it will be re-implemented again and again until success is achieved.
