Can the extraterrestrials modify the akashic records? If so, do the records need healing to undo this?

The akashic records are read-only. They cannot be modified. They are divinely protected from alteration other than through divine intervention to readjust the karmic implications when healing has happened. This is an operation done by divine realm on a continual basis to oversee what is on record and how it might influence things going forward as well as affecting other timelines going on in parallel. This is a very complex and intricate operation, as you can well imagine, where all of the moment to moment influences of human consciousness on what may be in the record might be altered by ongoing experience. That is a different intervention than going in to tamper or to modify something already on record. As such, this is very much like a tape recorder or a video recorder of both sound and pictures. It captures with accuracy all that happens. That is not subject to distortion or modification. The portion contributed by the beings who are generating their personal records is an energetic signature corresponding to the overall meaning of what is taking place. If there is something happening to cause a departure from divine alignment or to enhance divine alignment in some way, this will be recorded and will be attached permanently to that record until such time as something serves to change it through further actions by that individual or the divine realm. In essence, this is linking together potentially a lengthy ongoing series of experiences that may have an interplay with one another and may well create a certain pattern of conduct or emotional experiences that will be arranged to happen through the Law of Karma to replicate a prior sequence of circumstances. The purpose is to present them with an opportunity to heal what is out of alignment and the entirety of its origins potentially, but if that is not managed, then there will likely be a worsening of things with another failed response to the challenge and possibly an exacerbation of the prior wounds to make them deeper and wider still. That is the risk of entering the karmic arena and all humans take this on with their incarnation in the physical. The modification of the akashic record is only allowed by the individual themselves through their direct interaction with the universe or by a divine agent taking part in a healing of what is on file. When there is healing done via trauma resolution as a self-healing process that is facilitated, the energetic healing step that goes out to the akashic records to change the energetic signature is managed by the higher self of the person, so it is not the struggling individual doing their self-healing for a trauma episode that alters the akashic records directly in some way, but their divine representative in the form of the higher self that knows how to go about this and has the divine sanction to carry such things out on behalf of their charge.
