Your question states the answer quite nicely. Wicca and its practices are in divine alignment when the practitioner is in divine alignment to begin with. This happens when the practitioner is in touch with their spiritual core energetically, but may not fully realize this consciously if they have drifted a bit away from their fundamental understanding of the Creator because they are drawn to alternative perspectives of spirituality. Believing intellectually in the New Age notions does not automatically cancel one’s ability to enlist divine help, provided there is an inner belief that has happened in the past and the person has not been directly corrupted by outside influence to disrupt their inner knowing of this and mask it too greatly. Such individuals can carry out an effective outreach for a healing effectively, because they are enough in divine alignment their intentions and the practice they engage with will be allowed by divine realm to constitute a request of them. After all, the divine is the grand supervisor of all in nature and while the practice of Wicca invokes the natural elements directly, they are divine in origin and purpose both. So if all the stars are aligned, so to speak, with the practitioner truly wanting something highest and best for their client and being in alignment themselves with the divine, even though intellectually not thinking about that directly in the distinction, but simply not being out of alignment, the divine can go to bat for them, so to speak, and make things come about to reward their efforts.
