We see likelihood there will be four or five, so again this speaks to having a plan to see to one's needs personally due to varying circumstances and degrees of vulnerability. Those having gas appliances will have an alternative source of heat to get them through an outage of a few days, in most cases, without severe damage. Those with all electric sources of heat will have a much tougher time in the heart of winter. Also, the nature of those in the home and their vulnerability, how fragile they are, and so forth, will need to be thought about and may call for additional supportive measures.
