It is essentially two factions with an array of individuals with more or less leanings in one or the other camps, so there are a spectrum of players here who may be sympathetic but only offering encouragement and not practical support in a direct way. Shifting alliances are common among the Anunnaki. It is the nature of their culture which rewards domination through force which is always a shaky platform because in the end, loyalty will be conditional and may be fleeting if an opponent appears with what seems to be greater strength. There are also many schemes that can be concocted to triangulate by backing an opponent simply to weaken the established order not with expectation of their being victorious but simply to jockey for greater personal power if the Anunnaki regime ends up in a weakened state. So there may be maneuverings and more complicated activities going on as things unfold here.
