Are the lifeforms unknown to science that are in water destroyed by typical water purification processes used by municipalities? Is this orchestrated to happen?

This is very much the case and is most unfortunate. In the endeavor to purify water to prevent microbial contaminants there is also harm done to the lifeforms we speak of. These are truly ultra-microscopic and almost molecular in configuration and size. They are more multidimensional beings than physical in some respects, but their presence within the physical is determined by their physical component and how it interacts and is carried along, and so forth. This allows a natural process of ingestion and delivery that will happen naturally as humans grow thirsty, seek water, and then ingest it to slake their thirst and thereby deliver a new life-promoting dose of additional beneficial consciousness in the bargain. So the harsh treatment of water can remove this quite beneficial component. This is why living in nature and drinking local groundwater or water from streams or lakes, when it is safe in other respects, is ideal because it will be containing a full complement of these lifeforms. There is quite intensive promotion of the harshest possible means for municipalities to use for water filtration, with full knowledge and intention from the Extraterrestrial Alliance influencing everything, to degrade the very essence of water in as many respects as possible, knowing this will degrade human well-being and decrease longevity.
