Are the extraterrestrials first creating complacency about the coronavirus through mind control, planning to ramp up panic when it is too late to contain the epidemic?

The extraterrestrials are very much following this tactic, to first lull people into complacency despite the cries of alarm coming from a number of sources who appreciate the peril a pandemic represents to the world economy and potential for disruption of commerce in such a serious way that people's lives will be severely restricted. They will be able to fan the flames in a similar way if the epidemic really gets going and reaches quite serious proportions. This is routine and is done with all events in the news that can serve them by being masked and hidden for a time to keep their plans from being discovered, or to ramp up passions in the many ways they create divisiveness and warring factions. It is the same with respect to safety. They will never champion messages to promote safety. They want harm to come to humans in all ways at all times, but they are tactical about their messages always, and will be opportunistic. This is why there is such a history of people becoming outraged long after the problem has occurred, commonly referenced as “closing the barn door after the horse is gone.”
