Are the dark spirit interlopers more aware than the extraterrestrials of the ongoing Shift in Consciousness, by possessing a more complete understanding of what will take place, and are they, in turn, “manipulating” and “triggering” the Anunnaki emotionally to further undermine humans as a way of interfering?

They are not more aware. The dark spirits are not more aware of the Shift in Consciousness as a deliberate intervention with divine support. They are aware of many workings of the light but at this point only fear its reach and fear its consequences for them. So they retreat and hide when they see light callers out and about, believing it will mean their destruction. They have been told for eons now that the light will destroy them, and this is one of the reasons they are so fervent in working against the light in all they do, and it serves nicely to maintain control of them by their leadership because this can be used against them as a threat and serves to keep them in line, always allied with their brethren and depending on the combined forces and their dark spirit leaders to help them stay one step ahead of the light, personally, to maintain their existence and safety. They do not have a higher-level, sophisticated awareness of the plans of humanity, let alone the divine realm. They have some perception of individual hosts they possess, but are not as attuned to human society in a broad sense. This can be imparted to them by the extraterrestrial spirits commandeering them to serve as minions, and then will be given a planned series of duties in service to the Extraterrestrial Alliance, but they are not as highly organized, left to their own devices. They will do some coordination to assist one another when they are in proximity, possessing humans interacting, and can do a cooperative undermining of their hosts in ways to serve the fellow spirits infesting another person, who can be influenced through undermining an interpersonal relationship in some way, or causing a threat.
