Are Healing Touch and Quantum Touch, as done without requesting safety and partnering with the divine as an element, posing risks for intrusion of spirit meddlers or extraterrestrial mind manipulation energy?

Again, this is very much the case, and applies to all modes of alternative healing not under the safety and umbrella of divine assistance, requested directly, each and every time, in each and every session. Just because you are religious and pray to God does not mean God will keep you safe, all day, every day. You take risks in everything you do with your actions. You are free agent. You have free will. That gives you the independent status of running your life directly. It carries with it the responsibility for your own safety. You will only have divine help with that by requesting it, just as you will not have divine help with any other aspect determining your productivity or success. So, any healing outreach needs to be done in partnership, as is the case with all of life's endeavors. It takes away nothing from the human, truly. It is simply allowing you to be the fullest expression of your potential. You, in fact, are a divine extension, so to deny that, and to ignore it, and to exclude it, even through ignorance, puts you at a disadvantage and you are acting as a lesser being. So, our perspective is why not be the full measure of human that is your birthright and your origin, to the extent that's possible, given that you have a physical housing that has been altered to limit its reach. Barring that problem, you can always do more in spite of it and especially so, in the current circumstance where your ability to see is limited and your healing powers are similarly dimmed.
