Are extraterrestrial races belonging to the Dark Extraterrestrial Alliance, the Anunnaki, Reptilians, and Arcturians, all equally telepathic?

These beings are all telepathic and roughly equivalent in their capabilities. The younger races of Reptilians and Arcturians at this point are more adept than the Anunnaki, and that is due to the longer-term corruption of the Anunnaki civilization. But all three can both read and insert their own thoughts into the minds of other beings, including human.
