Are all predatory species like wolves and lions imported from extraterrestrial origins?

This is the case, as improbable as this sounds. It is no different than the presence of many, many extraterrestrial beings among you undetectable and existing many places in the near environment and on the Earth itself. This infiltration was done for many reasons but primarily to simply be a source of negativity to challenge and limit human. What is not a predator of human directly, because humans are intelligent, crafty, and can construct weapons, may well be a predator for livestock and sources of food for human, and so will be quite a pest in many settings. Ask any sheep rancher who has gone into the field and seen large numbers of sheep killed through wanton destruction by predators. This is replicated again and again in the so-called balance of nature, which is truly nothing of the kind. It is a tug-of-war with interlopers at all levels of human experience.
