Are abortionists manipulated to engage in that profession more so than other lines of work?

This is very much the case. As you can imagine, this is not the first choice of would-be caregivers, although some are quite zealous politically about the idea of helping women keep control over their destiny, by making corrections for what the body brings to them so they are not a victim of their biology but in control. There are zealous advocates of abortion and this is understandable because of the long fight that was needed to create respect for and implementation of abortion rights so women were felt to be entitled and supported legally to obtain abortion on demand. This is always a mixed blessing at best and has many undesirable consequences, so to be drawn to do this work as a life choice has low appeal to begin with. Because this is in alignment with what the Extraterrestrial Alliance wishes to see happen, the disappearance of humans from the planet, anything which adds to the attrition of human life will likely be supported, at least for a time being, because it works in alignment with their goal. So they will spend a considerable effort to motivate health care personnel to consider career choices involved with abortion because it is serving the Extraterrestrial Alliance.
