Another assault using a vehicle was reported in the New Orleans French Quarter on New Year’s Eve, when a pickup truck reportedly driven by a US citizen, Shamsud-Din Jabbar, plowed through a crowd of revelers for several blocks at high speed, killing 15 people and injuring dozens. The driver also shot into the crowd and at police with an assault rifle and was killed. Surveillance cameras revealed he had spread improvised explosive devices at the location prior to the truck attack. He was reportedly a U.S. Army veteran but had an Islamic State flag on his truck. What caused him to go on this rampage?

Like with other mass killers, this was orchestrated to happen. The interlopers start with someone who has inner conflicts and grievances and ramps up their passions through mind control manipulation to cultivate increasingly distorted thinking and instillation of negative beliefs that become an exaggerated influence and ultimately, an outsized goal, to be a perpetrator of criminal actions as a seemingly justified way out of their inner turmoil. This develops over time and remains a mysterious puzzle to the outside observer who cannot walk in their shoes and thus experience what it is like to have been influenced by their life circumstances and the personal handling they get to manipulate them from within by the powerful Extraterrestrial Alliance. Given their similar makeup as soul-based beings, they have free will and free agency, at least for now, and it is not possible for us to simply override them or round them up and kick them off your planet. You were created to come in as change agents to take them on and find ways to heal them in order to solve the problem, not through violence. That is a daunting challenge that has been underway for almost the entirety of human history because it is so difficult to do, especially in a state of ignorance to begin with and lacking personal power from being in a diminished form as a physical human and not a light being. So right now, things are being ramped up as a prelude to the Alien Disclosure to produce a world in turmoil through increasing chaos and crimes like this, which become immediately the focus of the news and are an advertisement for their nefarious plans to draw you into the maelstrom of fear they will be producing more and more intensely.
