Your channel routinely dilates time for his convenience in carrying out intensive work that is demanding, complex, and voluminous so that he can get much done within a particular span of time he might have available before other priorities must be attended to. In a sense, this is accomplished by a looping of time. So while a clock is proceeding strictly from A to B with finite, predetermined, and measurable intervals, his experiencing personally will take him from A through a longer looping to reach B with the effect he has more of those time increments at his disposal on this lengthier looping, to work with and make things happen. Gravity can be countermanded by consciousness and that is a function of belief as well as focusing the intention in the way needed to make that happen. For this you can also request divine assistance, which is the key to the time dilation we have described. The degree to which gravity can be manipulated will, as well, be a function of the belief quotient, and whether there is a high purpose for the exercise, because the divine will not assist a person in moving out of divine alignment such as to serve the ego for selfish reasons or to take advantage in gaining something for the self at the expense of others. There are many things possible through consciousness that would appear to the scientist to be impossible. There are people who can hold the branch of a bush and make flowers bloom through the power of their thoughts alone. There are people who can defy gravity, seemingly, but that is more of a recalibration energetically, to redirect its energies.
