Who bears the burden of karma when instructed to do immoral acts and cause harm by a superior, as it seems those in charge often get off scot-free and live out their lives in luxury with full protection, such as in the case of the Nazis in Project Paperclip or ex-U.S. presidents and other world leaders?” What is Creator’s perspective?

We understand your perspective, but it is a very human one and is informed only by what you see and hear, and that does not include the big picture or long-term consequences. Karma will always reckon with perpetrators, and that is guaranteed to happen, although it can take many lifetimes to do so. But all the wrongdoing will be accounted for and a penalty exacted from wrongdoers. That is small comfort to their victims who do not enjoy a similar holiday before their victimization causes them trouble. This is unfortunate but it is the nature of evil to throw things out of balance, and that is what you see, the imbalance underway, that does not mean there is not a judge or jury, nor divine intervention as a possibility. The jury is still out on many, many acts of evil and the divine intervention is underway but subtle in its influence as yet. You will see things ramping up over time, and that will set the stage for a more rapid resolution and restoration of the harmful manipulations the world has witnessed. Keep in mind, this is an ongoing contest between good and evil, so seeing the problem will be painfully obvious while it is the solution that seems doubtful and uncertain, because it is not yet at hand, but we assure you it is being worked on. We are marshaling the forces needed and this will begin to turn things around, little by little, and eventually in earnest, and will be apparent to all.
