Could Creator suggest a suitable prayer for those wanting to find a ‘true love’ relationship in their lives?”

This is one of many, many individual goals people have in the course of their life and is certainly among the most important, so we understand and support the interest here. It is not in the list because it is something that is solvable, and which most people will solve with reasonable dispatch once they reach maturity, because most people do pair up and have life partners and start to raise families, and so on. So to keep praying every day to find a love partner would not be appropriate and a good use of time and effort, and that is why it is not on the list of Recommended Daily Prayers. It is encompassed by a number of them because it is an outcome that will serve the person in many, many ways in maintaining their equilibrium, their personal security, their stability, their level of happiness and joy, and even the attainment and maintaining of abundance. It’s easier to become economically self-sufficient working with a partner—two heads are better than one, two incomes are better than one, two people can in many ways live almost as cheaply as one, and so on, as well as the prayers asking for a greater ability to give and experience love in general as a way of building greater faith in the divine and allowing divine love to flow more freely—this, too, encompasses the idea of love relationships and their importance in a general way. So the arena is addressed, but to make something the highest priority is best done through an explicit request to the divine, and so this is a good idea, and is true for every personal need that can be stated in a more explicit and detailed way pertaining to the individual’s circumstances, rather than just rely on the generic general requests that might encompass that particular need but not describe it explicitly. With prayer, it is always true that "the squeaky wheel gets the grease." This is the power of intention at work—the more powerful your intention, the more the divine must pay attention and act at your behest, if at all possible, to bring about an answer and a solution to the dilemma you struggle with. So this can be in your own words along the lines of asking: "Source Creator help support and inspire me and work to make me the best expression of my soul in a way that is highest and best for my current lifetime, and help lead me to a fruitful love relationship with someone suitable as a life partner, to have all the blessings that can bring for growth, learning, and advancing on my soul journey." It need not be fancy, and often expressing the inner desire and yearning will work the best because there will be a very strong intention in the words you choose coming from the heart in response to the lack of love in your life, and the strong inner need and desire for that to change. So it is a good idea for everyone needing and wanting a love partner to make this a daily prayer request for support and assistance to bring it about in a way that will serve you and be a good match for both parties, and these are the basics that are most valuable to include.
