We consider your analysis to be on solid ground here, as championing the darkness and dark perspectives is a hallmark of many disinformation campaigns. They are confusing the fact that human beings have a wide array of potential feelings, beliefs, and other attributes that have both good and bad characteristics. For example, it can be highly beneficial to have great strength and courage and an ability to be forceful when confronted by a threat of some kind. But that same inner wherewithal, if used in a misguided or inappropriate fashion, could be counterproductive and even quite damaging to the self and others. The wisdom to know the difference is an attribute of the light and not the darkness, so what is important is to have inner balance with respect to being in divine alignment. To honor the darkness and encourage people to lean in that direction, expecting potential benefits because it seems only natural, is encouraging a kind of folly that will backfire through an appeal to baser instincts. And while these are part of human makeup, and for good reason in times of emergency, they are best kept in check, in reserve for extreme circumstances and not daily living.
