This is a complicated question that has inherently as many answers as individuals for whom the information is intended to apply. People vary in their situation, circumstances, makeup, and degree of inner misalignment, and the consequences of lifestyle differences as well as the many karmic liabilities and potentials in play. We have said before that the greatest liability in diets is to have too high a percentage come from carbohydrate with sugar being the worst offender. The latter has no redeeming nutritional value and is more like a toxin. So it is quite likely that rebalancing the diet to minimize carbohydrate and have other sources of nutrition from fat and protein will be health-promoting, and that, in conjunction with divine healing, can work miracles. Diet changes alone are all well and good, but not a total answer for health maintenance and particularly for restoration of bodily changes leading to diminished capacity and functioning.
