It is impossible to encompass the complexities and huge variability in terms of healing needs being experienced by the wide array of individual human beings, all of whom are unique and cover a wide spectrum of differing makeup, karmic history, and life experience. You are wanting to reduce the issue of finding happiness to what can be answered in a single question. All of the various circumstances and considerations you cite at one time or another, in turn, become opportunities and challenges to reckon with by any would-be healer wanting to help people heal their relationships and personal shortcomings. We have said a number of times now that what human psychology does is of limited benefit because it cannot reach deeply enough to help people, in a fundamental way, to accomplish karmic repair, the largest sort of difficulty. After all, the deep subconscious is not reachable by psychologists, nor can they influence the akashic records and the energetic signatures of what is on file with their client's name on it. Those energies will play out, inevitably, despite the good intentions of therapists and the desires of their client to overcome their issues and find inner peace and happiness. In addition, as you note, cellular memory has to be reckoned with, and that as well cannot be influenced by talk therapy alone as it requires both negative belief replacement as well as adjustment of missing and faulty soul attributes needed for personal strengthening in order to overcome liabilities, and such deep healing can only be done through the divine realm.
