Interestingly, this is the case and, of course, it is tragic for her personally. No one deserves to be killed, and that in fact is what has happened. Keep in mind, COVID is not a natural health hazard of the environment but deliberate biowarfare being conducted by the interlopers to undermine humanity. It is not only to cause illness and death, to some extent at least, but primarily to cause financial collapse and to drive forward a mass vaccination program that will insert a marker chip in the vaccine recipients. So the extraterrestrials will occasionally target directly, prominent anti-vaxxers who are influencing others to resist getting vaccinated. They do this to help support their agenda because it makes an irresistible news story for the media, who are agents of the Extraterrestrial Alliance just like the government and are in sync most of the time in supporting the government's agendas, so they love to make an object lesson of an anti‑vaxxer who falls ill, and what better way to drive the point home than to give someone a lethal virus exposure and see to it with extra certainty in the delivery of a high viral load, and that is what was done here. She is not yet in the light.
