You are seeing extraterrestrial craft in the sky, and their signaling you in that fashion was a deliberate act to get your attention so you would notice. This is part of the Disclosure Movement going on worldwide, to have many such encounters with extraterrestrials, particularly from a distance, as they happen to be in the vicinity, so that their craft can be uncloaked to become visible, and thus serves as a kind of ad for Disclosure. This is helping to prepare humanity to expect human-extraterrestrial contact is an inevitability. That has been going on for years now, with the sheer number of sightings every year becoming an overwhelming demonstration, "You are not alone," and that is the point, they are getting you ready for their coming out party. They arrange many such sightings because it creates wonderment and awe in the observer and helps their deception. All who see a flyby, or something hovering that may even signal to them, goes away with an experience of a close encounter where nothing bad happened, and that serves their deception, as they will claim to be here to help humanity, and will point to the many preparatory close encounters as evidence of wanting to not alarm humanity but allow a safe and uneventful introduction. It is, of course, a false promise as they want humanity to accept them as a protector, but once they have human acceptance it will be your undoing as you will be choosing to partner with your enemy and we will not be able to save you.
