This is a somewhat effective process because it helps bring people into an alignment with inner torment from what is going on in the subconscious and to set an intention for it to be resolved and something better substituted. So it approaches the type of healing that is most desirable, but it is not as elegant and focused and precise and effective as HMR or DNA ThetaHealing, being that it goes about its work in a somewhat different fashion and is not as thorough. It also falls well short of what the LHP can do.
