This is not meant to be a doomsday device that decimates the human population in a rapid fashion. This would quickly be noticed and then the network shut down, so this will be in between that draconian level of catastrophe and the prior information network, in that the 5G has two great liabilities. The first is that it provides truly worldwide coverage when fully rolled out, so it will be inescapable no matter where one might be on the globe. The second liability is the electromagnetic energies and frequencies employed are more deleterious to human health than the previous generation. Both will shorten lifespan, with the 5G technology being the worse of the two by a significant margin. This will take time to develop and then to become perceived and tracked to marshal evidence. As with all such disastrous outcomes, there will be confusion, misinterpretation, false leads pursued, and competing theories, all of which will slow down ferreting out the truth of things. There are already signs and questions being raised, so hopefully this will come sooner rather than later in the unmasking, and action taken to minimize the impact.
