If via reincarnation we have in many cases been here for long enough to have been part of the interloper races, that technically means in quantum reality or timelines that we are our perpetrators right now. Your question, we think, presumes too much, that this paradigm with its complexity means you are deeply enmeshed in your own dilemma and have a direct influence, as a perpetrator, on your own being and what can now take place or not, as the case might be. We wish to reassure you that human beings in the physical currently have departed from those other realms, and likely quite some time ago, and while the lifetimes exist in parallel, they are not strictly parallel moment by moment in all of them. There is a staggering of sequential birth into an existence as a future extension, for example, that eventually will consolidate into something more permanent if its genesis continues to be ongoing. In most cases, those humans present and on the firing line in the physical realm on Earth are not newly arriving former Reptilians or Anunnaki or Arcturians, but left those cohorts back around the time of the creation of the divine human. There are some newer souls, but those are not a remake of prior beings like members of the extraterrestrial civilizations in question. This does not mean there is nothing to be done about the turning to atheism of your predecessors, including your lifetimes among the alien being cultures. Indeed, this work is ongoing with the Lightworker Healing Protocol; it reaches back to the very beginning of the Milky Way Galaxy, potentially, to address all that is needed, and you can see the mammoth size of the enterprise, that being the case, but this, in fact, is the very best way to reverse things. If the extraterrestrials never get out of alignment because they are remaining believers in the divine, that will solve the problem with certainty. That might not be feasible but is, in fact, being worked on because every accomplishment along those lines will work its way forward to the present time and have some impact on the vibration of individual extraterrestrials, to raise them up and help them be increasingly improved in their thinking.
