A viewer asks: “I had a strange experience the other day in a parking garage. A male figure approached me on his bike and asked me where he can get it repaired for a puncture. When I gave him directions to a store, he didn’t leave but instead lingered and kept asking irrelevant and bizarre questions. He then rode his bike up to the next level, instead of going down to exit to the street and get to the store. I sensed something was off. Was this a clone on a scouting mission?”

This was a human/extraterrestrial hybrid who was directed to interact with you, as well as many others, knowing you might sense something strange about the encounter and get the message that you are a person of interest to them and someone they want to know they are watching. This is not a serious issue but only minor mischief. It was a training exercise and a learning sequence they do with hybrids to acclimate them to human culture as well as carrying out instructions. So it was not a scouting mission but a learning mission for the benefit of the hybrid primarily, and only secondarily to perhaps make you apprehensive about what might be happening and its meaning. This will not prove to lead to any further difficulty for you and can be disregarded.
