A viewer asks: “Human males are violent in a physical sense, while females in a more subversive “treacherous” sense. What is the nature of Arcturian “violence and aggression” amongst each other, and towards humans?”

Theirs is a steely resolve with a strict adherence to formal rules that is expected for the entirety of their population. Variance is simply not tolerated and they deal quickly and harshly with any misdeeds done by their fellow citizens. This does keep things orderly and confers a degree of stability that has helped them both survive and thrive during the entirety of human existence, and prior to that, by a wide margin. They have achieved stability within their culture and that is owing to having relative abundance largely through means of their exploitation of other civilizations. It accomplishes both providing necessities for life but also many luxuries and an opportunity to maintain varied interests that are served at the expense of humanity at all levels personally and culturally. The taking of slaves and manipulation of other beings to serve them in various ways represents an immoral corruption of human beings in their intentions so there are multiple return crimes being committed by this alliance, seemingly invited to happen by the other members of the alliance because their presence is tolerated and witnessed alongside them by many with another makeup, including the Reptilian culture and the human both. But what is not appreciated is what the future holds and how quickly there may be a need to take drastic action to defend from a falling out, or some other consequence of plans that fall through for some reason and stir up trouble among the members of the alliance, for example; then one will see how they fare in that setting with those issues arising. Of the three groups of extraterrestrials in the Extraterrestrial Alliance, the Arcturians are the shortest-lived, the least advanced in their cultural progression technologically, but equally bereft of spirituality. So their extremely high intelligence greatly surpasses that of human but that is, in part, the result of genetic corruption that has dimmed the human and dumbed them down compared to their original capabilities as physical beings. So given the fact that humans are defective, any such comparisons in actuality are not meaningful. It is comparing apples and oranges. It is like comparing a normal human with a human having a defective brain—there will be no contest but the comparison is unfair. The Arcturians are more measured and deliberate in their doings. This is more a function of the casual attitude they hold about most things. They are highly jaded, having many creature comforts and luxuries at their disposal, assisted greatly through having the alien Greys doing any kind of work that is needed to provide an infrastructure for their civilization. So, in a sense, they are like the slave masters who can order their minions about and will have much leisure time as a consequence. The tradeoff is a stultifying effect from lack of challenge and the fact their lives are easy in many respects. The major loss for them compared to human is because of their spiritual disconnection—they lack divine inspiration entirely. That is a quite large influence within humans still but the extraterrestrials suffer from a void in the communication. They are not being addressed and assisted by divine beings whereas this is so for humans. There are many, many ideas impulsed to humans for consideration that are of a positive and beneficial nature if embraced and acted upon. So these beings do not represent any kind of useful role model to be emulated by human beings. There can be useful knowledge gained from observing what they do and why and looking at what happens in the wild, so to speak, with these beings out and about and interacting with human workers and occasionally developing a closer interpersonal relationship with people. There is greater flexibility among Arcturians than for Anunnaki or Reptilians, and that is a difference in the makeup. They are less vocal and virulent in their dislike of humans and this creates a special kind of relationship with certain human beings and those relationships are influencing the course of the interaction. Time will tell as to the degree of influence of those involved among the Arcturians in assessing human conduct overall and determining what action would be appropriate to rein in any unwanted human conduct relating to the sentence applied to humanity.
