It is correspondingly somewhat akin to overall lifespan relative to the human situation but their learning is accelerated greatly via technology. While the seasoning and maturity can only be developed through life experience to reach a mature level, there are many things imparted through the advanced technological learning systems employed to put information directly into the subconscious, so it is quite different than the human schools that are highly inefficient and largely irrelevant in terms of the usefulness of the knowledge and information that is imparted. That is deliberate. So the extraterrestrials do not follow the human approach in any respect. They are more aware of what inspires and what encourages their members to be the most effective in learning things that are useful and then positioning the individual where they will be most beneficial to the overall enterprise. And each individual cannot help but be benefited with this arrangement because they will have a far greater chance of making a useful impact in favor of their civilization than doing anything to be a drain on the collective, and that keeps things going in a fairly even way to benefit their cultural persistence and preservation and their continued enjoyment of their status as coequals in the Extraterrestrial Alliance, at least up to the point of sharing the responsibilities. Whether the Anunnaki will ultimately reward them fully will remain to be seen.
