What we can tell you, sadly, is that this pronouncement is only partially correct. It is true that the El Niño events are not dependent on global warming, but they are also not a natural phenomenon, so the scientific hypothesis propounded here is not accurate either, as a cause. Like many weather phenomena, this is a product of extraterrestrial manipulation of natural forces to exaggerate them and create a cyclical series of changes that get noticed, and then are seen as being a natural cycle in the weather and will generate much scientific speculation, but no one will think about it as being artificially induced, and this, as usual, leaves humans in the dark and helpless about changing anything for the better when it comes to so-called "natural disasters."
